What information do I need to book a loan signing?
Date and time of the desired signing, Signers address and contact information, and the signing documents. That's it!!
Is the booking portal easy to use?
Yes! 2 minutes to create an account with your up to date contact information, then you are ready to place your first order.
Will I get spam emails from booking a loan signing?
No, you will not receive any emails outside of updates on the orders you place. You can subscribe to our monthly news letter if you would like to keep up with what is new with Caffeinated Closings!

When can I place an order?
24/7. You can place an order through or client portal anytime and we will get started planning your signing.
If I have a problem, how can I contact Caffeinated Closings?
After placing an order, you can comment to your direct scheduler and team through the portal on any particular signing. We are also available 24/7 via email or phone found on the contact page.
If my signer has questions during the signing will the team be available?
Caffeinated Closings is always available. The assigned scheduler to your order will be on standby during the duration of the signing for any hiccups that may occur: such as questions or last minute documents added.

How do you find the notary?
We have a plethora of preferred notaries across the United States. They are rigorously vetted by our scheduling manager before even considered for a signing. The notary is called and interviewed before being entrusted with performing the loan signing and meeting your clients.
What states and cities do you cover?
Caffeinated Closings covers the entire nation! We can perform a loan signing anywhere, anytime in as little as an hour's notice.
How much does the loan signing cost?

Who's car is all over the website and what is it?
Conner Brown, our founder, customized this beautiful Porsche Taycan 4s. Frozen Blue exterior with gold wheels and Blackberry interior with white stitching and chalk seatbelts. Conner purchased this vehicle to grow Caffeinated Closings with an economic friendly electric motor.
How did you choose the name Caffeinated Closings?
As Conner was beginning his notary career, he quickly realized he was frequently attending different coffee shops in between the many signings throughout the day. Coffee drinking and the coffee shop atmosphere became a huge portion of Conner's daily life and growing his business.
Do you actually have a coffee company as well as the signing service?
Yes! Although we do not publicly sell the coffee, yet, we do use the high quality coffee for marketing purposes and to spoil our loyal clients.
